Each resident is assigned a room key and swipe card at the commencement of their residency.

When a room key is lost the lock must be replaced to prevent unauthorised access. The charge to residents is $125 (including GST).

Keys must be returned to the office if vacating the colleges during the mid year and summer university breaks. Residents who do not return their key are charged for accommodation and/or a lock replacement until they do.

Residents are not required to return their room key during the mid-session/semester breaks.
